The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay, with a pier right in front and close walking distance to everything. It was so convenient to have a Starbucks right next door. The valet parking service was great, making it easy to hand off and pick up our vehicle.

One thing we didn't like was the refrigerator in the room. It didn't keep anything cold, even with the bag of ice we got from the front desk.

Close to monuments and restaurants. Complementary drinks while waiting for the room. Swift response to requests for supplies and noise complaints. Gorgeous view with great room ambiance. Plenty of dining options nearby.

Staff and location were perfect, and all in all I liked this hotel. No reason to complain, the venue met needs, would recommend it.

Located in a beautiful neighbourhood on the waterfront, this hotel is perfect for a convenient and comfortable stay. The Wharf area nearby is full of various attractions, including the mall, and offers an ideal stay for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities, such as the Nespresso coffee machine, that makes your stay even more enjoyable.

Our experience here was NICE. We loved this hotel : staff and location were all very good. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice view. Lots of facilities like : central heating, a safe box and a writing desk.

Came in Washington to relax and have fun, this hotel was reasonable base for doing it. The roof top bar was a plus. Location: the property was right by south Washington and restaurants and bars. Besides, excellent for visiting Chinatown Archway.

I really enjoyed the contemporary design of the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms offering great views of the water. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, with tasty food and a relaxed atmosphere. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by various dining options and in a peaceful area away from traffic.

The room itself had some functional issues, with heavy doors and poor sealing. the price of the room and parking fee seemed quite high for the overall experience.

Hotel was fairly clean and trendy with attentive staff and favourable location warm in between bars. And it also had pleasant view. I had quick lunch at Grazie Grazie, located close to the venue.

Although it was hard to figure out where to park and the garage entrance, valet parking is recommended. we highly recommend this place to families.

The staff made sure to make my birthday extra special with champagne, cake, and a card. The view from the room was amazing. Location was perfect for exploring the monuments and Wharf. Breakfast was decent and lounge had some complimentary drinks and snacks. a nice stay at Canopy.
